To protect The Retreat’s conservation efforts and ensure the privacy of its residents, The Retreat offers gated access, on-site patrols, a 365-day minimum rental period, and precludes any fractional ownership. And thus, a safe, quiet respite is assured.

Gated Access: With a gated entrance monitored seven days a week, The Retreat strives to provide the highest level of safety and security. To further assure privacy, access to the four beach walkovers is gated with revolving codes.

On-Site Patrols: The Retreat’s staff of courtesy personnel schedules and completes regular patrols of the neighborhood, amenities, and beach to maintain the quiet, secluded quality of the community.

Beach patrols: The Retreat retains seasonal staff for beach patrols and closely monitors the adjacencies of neighboring properties at the Eastern and Western boundaries.
